Kings Creek Falls, SC

Coming from Walhalla, SC drive 8 miles northwest and go right onto SC 107.  In 10.4 miles you will turn left onto Burrell's Ford Rd.  Go about 3 miles and park at the Burrell's Ford Campground parking area on your left.  The trail starts behind an information board.  The hike is a little over a mile round trip to see the 70 ft. falls.

This is a beautiful waterfall with a very unique look.  I have no idea how long the large tree trunk lying across the bottom has been there but I have never seen a picture without it.  To me it kind of adds to the view and pictures of the waterfall .  The hike is very easy and the end result is very rewarding.

My only problem was the bright sun was not very kind to my pictures that day.  Plus it was summer so the water flow was down.  I am going to try and get back here one spring and hopefully get a better picture.

This waterfall is an awesome sight under any conditions and it is really cool how you can walk right up to it.  It is definitely worth checking out along with  Spoonauger Falls which is just down the road.
